What we collect: Your name, contact details, date of birth, address, qualifications, employment history, security vetting details, and any other information you choose to provide.

How we use it: For recruitment and onboarding purposes only. Your data will not be sold to third parties. Reference requests will be sent to the referees you name with your consent.

How long we keep it: Unsuccessful applications are retained for 12 months after the decision date then securely deleted, unless you request earlier deletion. Successful applicants' data is retained for the duration of employment and the period required by law thereafter.

Your rights: You have the right to access, correct, or erase your personal data. Contact us at any time to exercise your rights or to withdraw this consent (note: withdrawal after submission will not affect processing already carried out lawfully).
